Grampound looked well in the game angainst a side playing in the Cornwall Combination this season, quite a few leagues above Grampound. Grampound looked pretty solid defensively apart from two occasions either side of half time. These both lead to goals due to defenders committing themselves to tackles they could not win and exposing those behind them. St Agnes took their chances well but Grampound may have felt a little aggrieved to not have been awarded a couple of penalties in the second half.
