Grampound have played better in pre-season than in this game but still looked solid against a team that is likely to be a rival for promotion. Harry Cooke had little to do compared with ex-Grampound keeper Ollie Burt in the visiting goal who made an outstanding save from a driven shot from Adam Hayne.  Grampound had a few chances that came to nothing but went behind when a lapse in concentration gave Biscovey an easy chance. Seconds before the end, a Biscovey player was guilty of clearly climbing over the back of a Grampound forward and Matt Skews stepped up to score from the resultant spot-kick for Grampound's equaliser.
