Pre-season friendly
Grampound gave an excellent account of themselves bearing in mind this was the team's first game together, the opponents played last season in the Trelawny Premier division and a substantial number of home players were unavailable. In fact, over half the squad were pulled in from the Grampound veterans team. The squad, however, put on a very creditable performance and are to be congratulated. A couple of the goals could be classed as soft but, all in all, it was a good run out and an enjoyable game for both teams.
