A t idy Falmouth side visited Grampound and in spite of their neat approach work did not diturb Grampound too much, with the home team playing some football that was pleasant on the eye and creating chances. It did, though, take a long while to put a chance away when Danny Austin finished from close range at the second attempt on 65 minutes. Grampound continued to look the more likely to score but it was the visitors who equalised when a good header found the corner of the goal. This was disappointing as the home side's solid defensive performance had given a very solid performance until then and much to Grampound's disappointment and irritation, another break for the enterprising visitors gave a forward a run at goal and he slotted the winner with just minutes remaining.
