Grampound's reserve team plays in Division 4 of the Bodmin Trophies Duchy League. Last season the team survived in this division after an unexpected promotion the previous year. Alastair Woodman has taken over as manager of the reserves for his first season in the hot seat. He will continue playing, having been a member of the club for many years, and will be assisted by last season's manager Al Berry.
Grampound Reserves were admitted to the Duchy league in 2004 and have developed a steady stream of young players for Grampound's first team.
