A cracking cup match in which the score line does not truly reflect the game.  In difficult conditions we never really played to our full potential, although this was partly due to a good Roche team not allowing us time on the ball.  One-nil down after ten minutes, we showed good fighting spirit to bring it level by half-time, thanks to a cracking breakaway goal by Lewis Waters.  With the wind at their backs Roche were definitely the better team in the second half and went three-one up.  Once again our fighting spirit shone through and we got it back to three-all with ten minutes to go, Lewis Waters and Theo Mullan getting the goals.  Bizarrely we then went on to concede three silly goals in the last few minutes resulting in a score line which gives the impression that the gulf between the teams was greater than it actually was.
