A disappointing result caused by 2 players dropping out at the last minute.  I’m afraid we just can’t expect to win games against teams like St Stephen with only 11 players and one of our key midfielders having to play in goal. 

Despite these handicaps, we fought well and took the lead after 20 minutes and held it until half time.  Lewis Waters once again finishing off a great move down the right.  However, the lack of fitness and a sub began to tell in the second half and when we finally conceded, the flood gates opened and we let in a further 3. 

There were some great performances today from Lewis, Jake, Jonny (in goal), Albert and Ciaran but overall we did not play up to our normal standard and deserved to lose the game.
