Grampound faced a superb Bere Alston Reserves outfit that looked way above Duchy 4 level and were outclassed in every department. The away team were 3-1 down at the break with Toms netting the consolation just before the brea,k being the quickest to react to a rebound after Alister Berry had volleyed Topham's free-kick against the upright. The hosts added 3 more in the second half to run out comprehensive winners.

Grampound, however, progressed to the next round after being reinstated by the league, owing to Bere Alston fielding a number of ineligible players.
