Grampound 2-3 Lanivet

Grampound started the game where they left off against Foxhole the previous week and looked very bright. Early goals from veterans Ford and Paynter gave Grampound a solid foundation but the loss of their goalkeeper with a broken finger, mid-way through the first half, turned out to be pivotal.
With solid centre half Ford having to go in goal, Grampound found themselves in disarray and Lanivet made up the deficit early in the second half.
From there it was anybody's game in an open contest. However, a very late free kick, and a wicked deflection handed Lanivet all three points.
